    App 5B is correct. There is no finance facility available atm, even though the company mentions the offer and acceptance of the facility in the quarterly.

    Back in Oct the coy announced that the facility was subject to approval by Minseng Bank and finalisation of documentation. There has been no update on this.

    It's unfortunate and annoying that the company only mentions the offer and acceptance bit in the qtrly, but does not give an update on the approval and documentation finalisation.
