Wasn't it (The documentation that is), supposed to be completed within a few weeks of the Announcement being made.??

And then, raising money from the shareholders at $2.50 per share only to buy some shares for the employees share plans at these current prices. What and who are we mining..??

I am happy that I didn't participate to it.
