Jantimot, Cudeco has formally accepted a US$100m credit facility.......That is clearly stated. They don't have access to any funds until documentation have been finalised. Therefore they cannot currently put that in any Qtly finance statement. Once documention is finalised (and they would not do that prematurely as it affects the timing for drawdown (12 months from signature date) and also affects the repayment schedule, critical in any startup to not negatively affect cash flow.

So I still see nothing of concern! In fact, that they have not yet completed documnetation shows they do not need the funds in the near future. That is excellent is it not?
