What that poster intentionally fails to address, is as to why the sudden change of heart by the Company from accepting/organising a Loan/Credit facility which was the preferred option, and for the reason of not diluting investors further, and then doing a SPP instead.

That loan was at 7% mind you. ?? Best I have ever heard under these circumstances.

If we were to borrow that money, it would have cost us only $7mill dollars in interest for a full year, or pro-rated if we were to be using only part of it, while we were willing and having to pay a huge commission and brokerage to organise the SPP placement.
