But that was only for what was committed as at 31st December. That doesn't mean that there isn't any more capital to spend. Nor does the $24m in the quarterly relate to the capital commitments either. They may not have spent any of it in the March qtr. They probably did, but all CDU's labour spent on the plant, plus subbies not contracted for at Dec 31st, plus materials etc. etc. are all part of the $24m capital in the cash flow. or at least, they will be in the full year financials.
You can see from the photos there is a lot of installing to do of pipes, cables, conveyors even when the components are in place. At least another $50m to go IMO.
