If buyers want in, the stock will go up. If sellers want out, the stock will go down.

Just analyse what happened when M&G wanted out.

Those guys had all the inside knowledge in the world but wanted out.

The market is wary of the lack of DFS, lack of knowledge on costs, lack of knowledge on cash-flow, lack of knowledge on what has been mined for 12 months, lack of knowledge on how the complicated process flow will actually run in the real world etc etc etc.

Lots of time to run before all those things are known, so plenty of uncertainty to come.
