The interesting thing from the report by the late Roger Majoribanks commissioned for Xstrata in September 2010 confirmed the presence of high grade copper sulphide mineralisation and that Las Minerale provides a structural model for assessing other copper deposits in the region.
That was nearly four years ago and the resource at Las Minerale has been confirmed and expanded.
Las Minerale is currently the flagship at Rocklands but I am awaiting with interest the results from the three other open cuts Rocklands South , Rocklands Central and Le Meridian.
