Oil is up 20% in the last 10 days ... the penny might drop soon, the market is in a "I hate oil stocks" kind of mood , has been for almost 6 months ... at some point in 2007 it will no doubt resume its love affair ... I expect ROC to do VERY well when that happens !! John Doran seems determined to make it happen whatever mood the market is in !!
