Yes there is spin, but they came clean on a "3 week shut in". That is 25% of a 12 week 1/4.
Assuming no shut ins, the budgeted 287,000 bbls over a year is 786 bopd. ( yes along way down from 1,000). They say they can make up and regain this pace. So take 3 weeks from a year and we get 844 bopd. So the trend is again upward at NSA.
But the 2000 bopd is just spin at this stage pending better results.
