just had a read. not sure they have to disclose who the investors were. at start of the period there were 148.5mil shares on issue. 20m new shares is 13%. assuming they didnt all go to one person/related entities then from memory they arent over the reporting threshold. correct if wrong.
sounds like results are due very soon. lets hope so. same thoughts as you, better be worth the wait!
