I'm pretty sure it was the MARP approval that BJ was talking about when he said it would be smoother as it doesn't have to go under scrutiny from the public. Still a rigorous process but without the delays of answering the objections from opponents and the misinformed. wonder who has the buy order for 200,000 at 25 cents?
