Your comment viz - I don't know where we are nationally in this critical mass of profitability for the "privates" scenario but I do know that this test is growing in popularity amongst Dr's.
I just like the last part of this where it is apparent from your end of the process at Pathology you are seeing the QFT test growing in popularity amongst the Dr's. Now the interesting thing is that in Australia Cellestis has as we are led to understand a relatively low profile in marketing their product as TB in general is well down the scale of things in this Country and thus perhaps not a lot of tests to be performed, so the company has concentrated on US Japan and Eu etc. So here in Oz without any huge push the test is catching on with the Dr's. One can just hope that this is being replicated overseas where there is indeed a concerted marketing effort in place. Perhaps by the last quarterly numbers this is precisely what is happening.
