Grange has always existed with the principal aim of supplying cheap iron ore to the 'mothership' so it doesn't necessarily matter whether Grange is hugely profitable or not.
And again(my fourth or fifth post on this matter) they would be in danger of running out of funds mid-development of NPUG if they don't properly fund it upfront.
