I may be mistaken but my understanding is that the limiting factor to production is the 9 inch diameter pipe that runs from Savage River to Port Latta. There is only so much ore that can be pushed through the tiny pipe. I recall Bob Maynard saying that the pipe is the heart of Grange and that trucking would be an overly expensive alternative.
