I've been having a look at a couple of other data sets and I now think the above should say there are 12 companies in the ASX 300 with a float adjusted Market Cap of less than $300 million. I also believe GRR's float adjusted Market Cap currently is comfortably above $300 million and if the current share price is maintained or bettered until September, then GRR should be eligible.
