Hi Goodheart,
There is no doubt at the moment that pelletising the concentrate is not a profitable operation for GRR. The official pellet premium is currently US$13.2/t on the Platts index and US$11/t on the MB index. GRR currently charges US$20/t on top of those index pellet premium prices to all customers (except Shagang and Bluescope Steel) due to the quality of the pellet.
Those index pellet premiums must be at a record low now - you would hope the only way from here is up.
