quarterly production down roc down

Did some very rough calculations from WPL's Chinguetti production figures and it gives something like 27,000 bopb to HDR. Very rough ... but the point is its continuing to fall. Will be improved though by the one remedial well being drilled and completed late Nov/Dec.

Despite this the buying remains strong above the bid price. ROC however is down 9 on falling POO and perhaps a small Chinguetti effect.
