I'm worried by this continuing decline in output ...
Who's to say the remedial well wont slow down also in time.
The implcations of Mauritanian sand do not bode well for Tiof development.
Remember the flow test on Tiof 3.
Didn't work.
And Tiof 6 only tested for a short time.
Tight, thin, unconnected sandy trata (spagetti) is not a good senario for oil production.
Probably OK for gas though.
Maybe Tullow will flick Pelican and other gas producing wells to Gaz de France (for a nice price) and walk away from Mauritania.
Why not, it's cost them zilch so far in Mauritania.
