I wonder why Rio, the world's second-biggest iron ore producer, and BHP, the world's biggest miner, with global operations across everything from gold to petroleum, have shown a preference for high-rise office towers over the obviously much more productive practice of all executives on one floor.
Scratching my head...but just can't think why.
