With the exception of Avg Sale Price, my figures for the others will just be guesswork! However Avg Sale Price can be estimated based on the Jan-Mar gold price movement. My estimate is $4,450/oz. If this is way out, then I will have to discard my method.
BTW, there is a $20.5mil payout for the past merger activities and therefore closing cash will be lower if you haven't taken that into account.
