It's obvious and they have stated project going in its just not clear what or where
And now volume pick up lat few days not sure how many will come out under 2c but people inside getting set as anything big will need to be voted on so if they want it to happen they are buying votes
Too many big holders owed 10c plus
Underwriters got stuck with heaps so they may or may not want to leave while there is volume
