Thanks for the information. In today's ANN, it was mentioned that the AT&T - Timer Warner link up will not happen until end of 2017. Am I still missing something ?

The thing that has been going through my mind since the 12th Oct ANN is the word "multi-carrier" in the statement below. It sounds to me as if they are going to buy wholesale data from AT&T at 70% discount and provide OTT mobile video services to other carriers in the US eg. Verizon, Sprint etc.
