Tomorrow 5pm is the last day to be on the books if you wish to take up the "Rights Issue".

1:5 shares rights issue to purchase MXR @ .31 and receive the 1 for 5 option MXROA.

I am a bit bewildered that we have not seen any action with the shareprice.

The Quarterly Report came out this morning.
Excellent read on where MXR are heading.

Also, something to note.

Mark Creasy, Apex Minerals received 3 mln MXR shares and 2 mln 50 cent options expiring 2010 dissolving the JV in the Narndee project.

Another highlight is that so far the 162,000 ozs of Gold discovered at Bird n Hand equates to less than $16 an ozs in discovery costs. Put it another way, it has cost them $2.5mln to discover 162,000 ozs of gold so far. Of course the real costs will be once they are in production. There appears to be alot more on the horizon with surrounding tenements as well.

The Flushing Meadow looks interesting as well.
59,000 ozs shallow depth as an Open Cut Gold Mine.
Indicated and probable reserves expected around the end of August.

The Sellheim Alluvial Gold Project in QLD has been put back due to seasonal rains and is expecting inferred Gold results by the end of September.

These are only a few of the highlights.

Longterm, alot to look forward too.

Just a final point. Given that Mark Creasy's oppies are July Expiry 2010 at .50 cents, he must be fairly convinced that the shareprice will at some time before then will be at a minimum .70 cents a share.

The other point. The MXROA have a strike price of .30 cents expiry December 2008.

It appears that management view the shareprice going up and not down.
