Temporary landing ramps at Lolabe built to get most of the equipment to the port area and allow start to building the railway and its access road. The road would help get equipment into Doula and then to Mbalam and other intermediate point as the railway would start from a number of fronts.
The material off take wharf built into the port dose not need Kribi stage 2. If stage 2 is finished before then we will use it as required, if not finished it wont stop us.
One good sign is that the Cameroon President Paul Biya has been invited to China to meet President Xi. Unfortunately I don't currently have insight into timing of that visit.
