Management enjoying brilliant early spring in Europe? Doing plenty of research on beaches , whoops I mean shallow deployment options - yes just stirring but every company I see send folk overseas in this day and age of technology I usually come to the conclusion they shouldn't be there.
In regards to buoys out of the water, tax back etc I would have had a lot more respect for CWE if they actually went through a longer deployment period and confirmation of wear and maintenance process , connection, disconnection in different conditions etc etc. Real life in water things that models don't tell you right down to growth on buoys etc. I like the new designs where the equipment is contained withing the buoy as it solves a lot of problems but would like some clarity in regards to if they are still headed towards hydraulic or are doing something in regard to direct to linear electrical conversion . Reason I'm interested is that it involves a whole different group of patents and different field of electrical engineering rather than the prior thoughts of modular "off the shelf" just scaled up ha ha components etc. in existing designs.
The reason for my french language searches the other day came up because I stumbled across recent article in another companies report regarding Tahiti that had french CWE wave technology mentioned.. Like all things googling I didn't save it and went looking again and obviously didn't fluke the same search terms before I ran out of time and energy. Mega or someone may want to start a thread on French company and islands and find the articles again as some were recent.
