There is no doubt that TAS controls EDE.
There is no doubt Solomons control TAS.

In any CR the Board of EDE must treat all s/h equally - unless it gets EDE s/h approval.
So any issue to TAS would need s/h approval, unless it is say a R/I to all shareholders.
There was the situation recently where TAS converted its loan to EDE into EDE shares. But that was put to EDE s/h. EDE Directors also converted their unpaid directors fees and mgt fees to EDE stock.
So if EDE do a CR they may just do a R/I, and then TAS will need to raise its own fresh capital, probably also by a R/I of TAS shares.
Solomons would need to raise their own cash to maintain their % in TAS, and raise cash to participate in EDE personal holdings.
I still think there are many avenues from which EDE could raise funds for Georgia.
there are two projects - Colorado expansion, and Georgia new build
We simply do not know the anticipated cash flow and timing of Colorado.
But I can see a situation where Colorado's cash flows underpin the initial costs of Georgia.
Also, once Colorado is up and running - it further de-risks the unbuilt Georgia project.
EDE could readily "sell" the Georgia story, based on the proven production and sales momentum of Colorado.
Lenders and investors would be far more comfortable lending on the Georgia project, once they could see the Colorado plant producing and selling Edencrete.
I still think a IPO of US EDE Inc will happen. Just watch this space.

PS - it took 5 days before any vehicles could drive over the domestic driveway across the road. Yet less than 24hrs for heavy machinery to drive on the Edencrete slab at that trucking depot. I am sure this time saving would translate into huge cost savings for developers and builders being able to access their sites so quicker.

Thanks jake0002 for your post. As a newbie to HC it's sometimes quite difficult to put together the structure of companies, so your post has helped me in that regard. I'm gradually getting my head around the acronyms but there's one in your post that I can't decipher..... could you let me know what R/I stands for?
Really enjoy reading MOST of the comments posted.
