The reason? Nothing untoward in the Q. Just an opportunity to take advantage of the loose hands after a stellar few months and I expect the shortfall of 10,734,591 (+options) from the RI to be placed and announced tomorrow along with the Quarterly. Probably at 25c to raise $2.5m.
