Honestly, I can't see this one being anything more than a dry document that does nothing for the SP, given where they are as a company right now. If you're already in, a pre-commercialisation QR isn't going to excite or scare you either way, and if you're on the sidelines, it's hardly likely to inspire you to buy in.
It'd be nice if it had something that moved the price a bit though, since it's been practically asleep for a couple of months now.
