I forgot in my last post, the figures are based on my assumtion that the insurance companies will not payout a cent to LAF, although my understanding is that most of the mines debts should and probably will be paid by the insurance companies, so then LAF's debt will be a lot less, meaning their return per quarter could be more like 20,000,000.
So a company returning this sort of figure per quarter, what do u think its worth, id say anything under 28c is too cheap once they hit full gear, based on outstanding shares.
All my figures are just estimates, please DYOR research before intenting to buy shares in any company.
