I think there might be some confusion here about the JV, as it seems to me they want to start physical work before years end, which is not the same as announcing who they will take on as a partner and when they make an announcement to that effect.
In my view it is the quality of this partner that is important, and on this, I believe we will hear about it soon after Galoc is up and running. The JV partner, by signing up, will commit to spending huge sums of money so I see it as an endorsement that Nido do have the goods
