First part of previous post missing and is presented here. CTP CEO has to give 6 months notice of resignation. In absence of press release from CTP to say CEO has not met contract obligations CTP will renew CEO contract in June. The issue with CEO is communication. He has a Chinese Wall around himself and CTP executives. In the absence of effective communication gossip, speculation, rumour, misinformation, manipulative postings etc., are relentless. A current specific example of the issue is the defeat of CTP on all points it argued in the Texas Court Appeal just heard. Shareholders have not been progressively informed or updated about this matter.
