Bauxite & Diamond results coming out soon. Exploration planning for Iron is under way. $4,990,000 cash in the bank

Highlights
• United Kimberley Diamonds (UKD) has acquired a 100% interest in a significant and extremely well located Iron Ore Project in the heart of the Pilbara iron ore province in Western Australia. Part of the UKD lease area abuts BHP Billiton’s Mining Area C where iron ore is currently being mined.

• An initial field visit of these iron ore tenements has been undertaken. A helicopter reconnaissance trip is planned for the next quarter to help define targets and further exploration planning is underway. The project will require mapping, sampling and possible geophysics as well as drilling.

• On the Company’s 100% owned bauxite leases in the North Kimberley the Company has completed 508 holes for 3,843 metres at the Grass Hill and Couchman Range prospects during the quarter, assay results are still pending and a release will be made once these results are available.

• At the Moonlight Valley Diamond Prospect at Phillips Range, drilling of thirteen ground gravity anomalies is currently underway. The area lies just to the south of the known and diamondiferous Aries kimberlite cluster in an analogous geological setting and is a prospective structural setting for new pipe discoveries.
