Hi Interfc, The excersise price is .0001 (yes three zeros after the decimal point) so it will be a massive payday for the directors.
WHN securities trading at 10 cps for 10 consecutive days or binding farm in agreement - either one - will satisfy the rules.
So yes, a $25 grand payment will at todays price of 2.7 CPS be worth $6.75 million to them.
Using the 10 cps example - $25 million!
Their boardroom fridge is probably already stocked with Moet & Pol Roger?
