Getting this farmed out has taken a LONG time. When these performance options were issued they were a substantial carrot for these men for taking a substantial career risk by bringing their expertise to the company.
WHL energy came with the risk of professional suicide if they did not deliver and they all could have taken a much safer option with a less risky company. The Seychelles is as frontier as you can get in O & G.
Provided we, as investors, do very well out of this then I'm not that fussed, maybe a little jealous.
10 cps will return anything up to 600% or more on the WHNOA and 350% on WHN at current prices.
So sure the performance incentive is massive, but equally so the upside for those choosing to invest.
