Sounds like any farm out agreement..
so basically if say shell take a working interest of 50% and whn hold the other 50% and they both pay their respective shares going forward management are entitled to the performance bonus.
so really, in a backwards sort of way, the rest of WHN shareholders could have a 35% interest in seychelles
15% management
50% shell
