    If the MOU was signed on the 12th October i take it we will know if it has been ratified by both boards by the 12th November.

    If the concurrent meetings are to be held in November and 30 days notice is required, we skould have an announcement no later than next Tuesday.

    With over 4 million shares traded today and at 11 cents the last time i looked, it will be nice to see some of the proposed actions actually ratified.
