It may be that the financial world solves the issue by paying more for the product as a result of a 15% (a guess) premium to dispose the material .. A PDF will cost significantly more but that cost can and will be passed on to the consumer. The world is changing 15%, 20%, and even 25% tariffs are common place so a premium on RE's will fit right in.... (The US already has a 10% tariff on any RE's brought in the country from China)... JMHO...
