It’s not really a delay if you see it from a different angle.
The Pit Bottom work has been done (good thing) and the Pit Bottom Sub Station can be installed ahead of schedule. The Pit Bottom Sub Station will feed the Vent Fan and the rest of the infrastructure/equipment can be installed while the Development guys going ahead at the same time.
From an Engineering/Managing point of view this is a good decision by PRC.
