    It would be nice if they broke cover for a FEED announcement. However, I expect they'll stay the course and sneak this one through under the ongoing umbrella contract with minimum fuss and hoopla.

    I'd like to be wrong. After all the hush hush, an announcement with the client name writ large would be a welcome signal of intent.
