    we all don’t know the details of the contract for the FS and Pre-FEED etc. … that is a pretty normal NDA behavior from my experience when you are developing breakthrough solutions … however, the FEED decision is the gamechanger for both parties and my understanding is that any company at the stock market must announce this by law - at least im the European law
