    Accumulated Losses of $79M (2011 Annual Rpeort) to be soaked up before dividends can be paid.

    Then any dividends paid out will probably not be fully franked until we pay some(...heaps of..) tax....not sure the initial dividends will be fully franked...

    Pfffhhhttt...$79M...won't take long to snuff that out!!
