Seems to me that the deadline has blown out past the first quarter. This statement is from the activities report.
"The Company is working towards concluding negotiations in the 'first half' of 2010 to secure strategic investors and funding to commence Project development in 2010."
This company has failed to meet any deadlines in the past. Hopefully for remaining share holders things will change in the near future. But I no longer have faith, and believe there are better opportunities elsewhere.
