    Nice to see they filed it in time.... NOT.

    Seriously, this is a company run for the sole purpose of fleecing money from gullible shareholders. I used to be one of them and lost 85% of my "investment" and I would urge anyone currently in the stock or thinking about buying in to be very careful.

    If you can't get a quarterly report together once every 3 months, what does that tell you about the calibre of management?
