PLA SP is down 90% from its high's a few years ago so its not surprising the SP hasn't fallen that much as its already been crucified. The SP was high a few years ago because at the time the market didn't know that management couldn't operate a mine. They have never managed to achieve any production forecasts. PGM productiuon which pays the bills and will give dividends to shareholders can't even get close to the claimed 95,000 oz 4E PGM pa for Smokey Hills which is 23,750 per quarter so at 8,799 they are achieving around 37%. The Smokey Hills plant was commissioned over 2 years ago and here we are operating at 37% of PGM output.

So can you believe their latest claim from this quarterly ".... will reach design production of 60,000 tonnes per month during the September quarter." I guess there a 1st time for everything but I wont be holding my breath.
