He told me April is for the heap leach only, the initial FS on the CIL is nearly complete and is not what is due in April.
In fact at the beginning of the quarterly it says the FS is "nearing completion". He told me he was going into a meeting as we got off the phone. I will leave a message for him on his phone as well.
