As much as I would like to, I can't speculate on a deadline because no one knows an exact date.
The winter there is very cold and it has caused delays in the Kurulti, but as I have posted previously, the Kurulti is not a precondition and I do not believe management will be much more patient in waiting for it, not even for a month.

The delay in the Kurulti has been the only negative.
Everytime I look into it, there is more positive progress for Andash both with community and govt support and this week has been no different.
I believe the go ahead is getting very close.
I am not at all concerned if others get nervous.
