Hi Frack, I really admire your passion & unlike a few others think your input is good. IMO FMS is at the fork in the road. Without a TO or JV they just dont have the cash to go much further. Look at some of the IO powerhouses that are in production or advanced stages (FMG & WDR are good examples). FMG has been smashed of late & is still trying to raise anogther 1B in capital to expand. WDR is also going it alone & is in the process of raising cash through a share placement to get to production next year. Without cash any stock is a dead duck. How long can you exist without a reliable cash flow ? IF we were in the middle of a boom cycle FMS would be bought out for a good price BUT we are not & FMS is just not that attractive to prospective suitors at this point in time.
