That is not the first rule for CTP ....

We were an EXPLORATION company .... they are NEVER (operating) cash flow positive ,,, until they become (a sufficiently large enough) PRODUCER... I expect that we will remain so (-ve cashflow) when we see the imminent Quarterly (ie don't expect the Surprise EPT to make CTP (operating) cash flow positive

and its the "belts and braces" (aversion to unacceptably high risk) approach which got us where we are today .... if they had not taken that approach, we could possibly now be facing liquidation.
