    Going back over CTP's land which they held 100% of one time. The Magee ep 82/ Mt Kitty ep 125/ Ooraminna ep 82 Waterhouse etc if feels like a sale before the tax man etc got them

    Example sell the assests to the wife for a dollar.

    And hope she stays with you.
