    I concur with all your comments, however I would add I am of the opinion that he needs to move forward from 1 Jan 2013 with a completely new board (in the essence that Dunmore / Askin) are gone.

    That will allow fresh blood to be brought onto the board and help the market forget the past management embroglio.
